Anthony R. De Paola serves as the Project Manager for Arace and Company Consulting, LLC.  Mr. De Paola negotiates Project Labor Agreements and other Labor-Related Consulting.

Mr. De Paola brings to the firm over twenty years experience in large-scale development.  He is a reputable negotiator, working with developers, engineers, public officials and labor to build consensus and meet each party’s needs. 

Mr. De Paola’s reputation is well-known along the coastal areas.  Originally from New York, he has worked from Washington State down the California coast on marina projects with Bellingham Industries.  From the design stage to the final product, quality is his concern and meeting high standards is his goal.

Mr. De Paola has a degree from Ulster College in Ulster, New York.  He received extensive marketing training while with IBM in the office products division.  He has a California Real Estate license, and additionally, holds a private pilot’s license.

Mr. De Paola has successfully worked on projects with: the ports of Los Angeles, Ventura, Los Angeles & San Diego;  the cities of San Francisco, Sacramento, Eureka, Lake Havasu, Oceanside & Cabo San Lucas & Mazatlan, Mexico;  private companies, including E & S Development, Loews Crown Isle & Westrec Marinas, Thomas Properties, Universal Properties, G & K Management, Almar Ltd, Beauchamp Enterprises; the state of California Coastal Commission, and the Department of Boating and Waterways.
