Henry J. "Hank" Bunce serves as Project Manager for Arace and Company Consulting, LLC. Mr. Bunce oversees the Due Diligence studies and negotiates Project Labor Agreements, along with other Labor Related Consulting.
Mr. Bunce brings to our firm an expansive knowledge of the Labor Industry, serving as President of the Ulster, Sullivan, Deleware and Greene Counties Building and Construction Trades Council as well as his service of over 40 years to the International Brotherhood of Operating Engineers.
Mr. Bunce has been successful in negotiating and securing Project Labor Agreements with various gaming operators and Indian Nations for the construction of Casino Gaming Facilities in the Hudson Valley.

Mr. Bunce carries with him an impeccable reputation and level of respect throughout New York State in both the Public and Private sector. He has worked and continues to work hand-in-hand with high-level public officials, corporate officers and labor leaders to assure responsible economic growth throughout New York State by utilizing the assets of local resources.
Mr. Bunce attended Cornell University School for Industrial Labor Relations and is a Veteran of the United States Marines. He has served on many National and Local Labor Relation Committees as well as President of the Catskill Casino Coalition.
