Ms. Arace is a principal of Arace and Company Consulting, LLC. Ms. Arace has a 30 year career in government as a Manager in the Human Services Division of the Department of Social Services for the County of Orange.
Ms. Arace’s expertise was in the area of program development, implementation, and monitoring of contracts with Community Agencies. She frequently acted as a liaison between local and State officials and was instrumental in the development and implementation of the first Child Care Subsidy Software Program in New York State. Two of Ms. Arace’s programs were recipients of the National Association of Counties Achievement Awards. Ms. Arace was honored by the Child Care Council of Orange County, Inc. at their annual dinner in 2001 for her dedication in helping parents with child care needs move from welfare to work.

Ms. Arace is a past Chair and current member of the Cultural Affairs Committee of the Orange County Citizens Foundation (which recently formed an Arts Council), and the Government Affairs Committee of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce.
Past involvements include serving on “Wings”, a networking group of businesswomen in Ulster County, Ulster County Advisory Council on Women’s Issues, Board of Directors, Warwick Community Center for which she obtained grant funding and designed and implemented the program, Orange County Youth Board and volunteering for Big Brother/Big Sisters.
In addition, Ms. Arace is Vice President of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce, a mnember of the Mayor of Warwick's Citizen Advisory Committee, a member of the Warwick Zoning Board of Appeals, and a member of the Warwick Historical Society.
